Lindsay Lohan appeared this afternoon at the Beverly Hills courtroom in the company of her off-again, on-again lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, who agreed to represent the actress again after Robert Shapiro bailed on her. Sources told TMZ.com that Lindsay was furious with Shapiro and believes he used her to get publicity for his sober living house, which he demanded that she enter a week ago. Inside the courtroom, Judge Marsha Revel ordered Lindsay’s surrender and made it clear she was not to get house arrest or early release. However, because of overcrowding, Lindsay will serve only 23 days of her 90-day sentence. She was handcuffed and was taken in a police car to Lynwood Correctional Facility, where a source said Turkey Tetrazzini, applesauce, broccoli coleslaw, bread and milk were on the dinner menu for tonight.

Police were called to Lindsay Lohan’s London flat following an intense argument between her and fiancé Egor Tarabasov, where she accused him of “almost killing” her.
Enough of her already. Can’t she just O.D. or something. Please Lindsay!
lol. Once again because of “overcrowding”, she will not serve her whole term. WTF?
So move her to another facility! I am certain that the other offenders in there have not been given ‘Jail-Lite’ sentencing. I think this is very sad that this judge is not taking this seriously enough. It is a horrible thing to think but what if her next DUI results in someone dying? How many inmates in the prison now are repeat offenders? Lindsay fits into that category. Full 90 days even if it means she gets moved.
“Turkey Tetrazzini, applesauce, broccoli coleslaw, bread and milk were on the dinner menu for tonight” wow, that’s a better dinner than most people get, and she’s an inmate. Sign me up for that place.
But Im sure that this stay in prison will teach her a valuable life lesson since there is no wine with that supper.
And justice prevails again.
Hardly justice. She is serving under 1 third of her total sentence. Sure she wont get wine with her dinner but she is hardly getting punished. Considering the slack she has been cut thus far this is a joke.
I hope she survives and can better herself when she is out. 23 days. Wow. Will she have her own cell or another lesbian lover she can call her own?
