Lindsay Lohan, 23, has been tweeting about her father’s recent behavior, saying, “My father is a lunatic & doesn’t even deserve such a title since he’s never been around in my life other than when he’d threaten me & my family. He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life–behind bars.” Michael Lohan told New York’s Daily News that Entertainment Tonight would air taped phone conversations between himself and Lindsay’s mother Dina, in which they discuss Lindsay’s well-being. However, Dina (seen at left with Lindsay) told People.com that her ex-husband “is in violation of my order of protection.” She says her lawyer has sent a cease-and-desist letter, and that they will stop the taped phone calls from being made public.
