Lindsay’s FU message to judge

By Alexandra Heilbron on July 8, 2010 | 77 Comments

Lindsay Lohan had a special message for Judge Marsha Revel during her court hearing. On her beautifully manicured and painted fingernail, the middle finger to be exact, she clearly wrote f*ck U. Looks like someone was a little arrogant! It’s uncertain whether the judge was able to see this little stab at her, but it looks like she made the right decision when she sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail.

Omg, who would do that? Well her; but who else; unless they were Lonan’s twin

  2. Germain • July 8, 2010 @ 9:34 AM

It’s not at all surprising. At 24, Lilo should have found some peace and settle down a little to get her career back on track but it looks like she’s bent on digging herself a bigger hole. Face it Lindsay, you’re not a real talent, a nice body can only take you so far. One day you’ll realize what a waste you made of the great oportunities you HAD.

  3. Wollypog • July 8, 2010 @ 9:34 AM

This chick is a loser. Why is she even still famous?

  4. 123 • July 8, 2010 @ 10:25 AM

i don’t think it’s for the judge as they say it is… maybe it was a style… people like flowers or strawberry on there nail… she likes FU…. but then again… she has bad timing if she didn’t do it purposely….

  5. Diane • July 8, 2010 @ 10:28 AM

This tart has had her 15 minutes and then some. She deserves a hell of a lot longer then 9 months. I think she sucks she cant act or sing. why the hell are people still going to see her movies I saw one and that was enough for me to know she is a nothing.
Lindsay growp up bitch you screwed up now deal with the consequences of your childish behavior.

  6. CLarson • July 8, 2010 @ 10:31 AM

Seriously? To feel sorry for her? Are you kidding me? She’s made her bed now it’s time to lay in it for 90 days!! Maybe this will be an eye opener for all the other folks out in Hollywood that think they are above the law.

As the saying goes, you do the crime be prepared to do the time.

Will she learn from this? I doubt it. She’ll just be a confirmed HAS BEEN when she gets out.

  7. CT79 • July 8, 2010 @ 10:56 AM

@CLarson – EXACTLY! About time a judge stepped up to the plate and did the right thing. Hopefully this will be an example for ALL young people that think they don’t have to do what the law tells them.

Looks good on her….maybe she’ll take things seriously.

  8. Anthony Redoblado • July 8, 2010 @ 10:57 AM

It’s unfortunate to see someone who used to mean so much to so many young teens ended up like this. Who in their right mind would ever write something like that on their fingernail. Right now she is a loser. Maybe heading to the slammer could really shed some light in her life. This girl needs to really focus on her life. Never mind her career. At the rate she’s going I’d be surprised to see her make it to 30. Good luck Ms. Lohan.

  9. CJ • July 8, 2010 @ 11:00 AM

What a waste of opportunity. I am thankful for all those people, especially celebrities, who use their popularity, talents and yes money to do good things in this world not destroy themselves and waste educated peoples time for yet another court hearing.

  10. Vidandy • July 8, 2010 @ 11:07 AM

Good publicity.Bad publicity. As long as people talk about her she will think she is somebody.Recently we are flooded with Nobodies doing outrageous things just to get people to talk about them. We should all ignore them.

  11. Doug • July 8, 2010 @ 11:10 AM

Get real people, that wording can’t be read from more then a foot away yet the tabloid screamers want us to believe it was a message for the judge? LiLo may have some serious growing up to do but the tabloids are responsible for a lot of her problems. It’s time to get off her back and let her self destruct or grow up but let her do it on her own.

  12. David • July 8, 2010 @ 11:18 AM

She had chance , after chance … after chance… and blew it.

    But 90 days in jail?

That just costs taxpayers. Fine her ; another bracelet for 6 months and then fine her again and again until she is broke OR learns her lesson.

And of course ; double her rehab ; and fine her ever time she misses one – no excuses.

Jail will not help here. Save the space and money for people that are a danger to everyone else; she is just a danger to herself.

That said ; I do hope she gets herself turned around.
She just has to make the decision herself to do it.

    D

  13. Kim • July 8, 2010 @ 11:33 AM

90 days in jail will force her to be sober and clean. It’s going to be better than rehab because she won’t be babied there and she can’t leave whenever she has a whim. I hope she gets the full 90 days and if she pulls anything like this again, I hope she gets more jail time until she learns that she’s not above the law.

  14. Diana • July 8, 2010 @ 12:09 PM

I am so happy that the judge didn’t take her begging plea and lessen the sentance. She dug the hole herself and now needs to learn from her mistakes. Hopefully she will be able to get her life back on track after she cleans herself up.

  15. Kelly Krol • July 8, 2010 @ 12:30 PM

I think it will sober her up and hopefully she can get her life back on track. I think she could be a great person without all the influence and the drugs and alcohol. She is pretty inside and out and just needs to show it more.

  16. LESLEY • July 8, 2010 @ 1:04 PM

How did she get to be so horrible? She is very dysfuntional. If she doesn’t get some good counselling she will difinitly self destruct completely. She is doing a good job of it now.

  17. jjones • July 8, 2010 @ 1:05 PM

Lindsey had such a bright future and then she just fell. I’m so tired of hearing about her, but I do agree that the media is partly to blame for her and the downfall to a lot of young talent. Now I just change the channel whenever they start on her or Tiger or any of the other news stories that are too intrusive to the stars. I feel bad for Lindsey and I think she has ruined her career. She definitely is starting to look hard, I swear she looks about 30-35 which is a result from hard partying. I wish she could see it from our perspective. Maybe then she would make a change.

  18. Nancy • July 8, 2010 @ 1:46 PM

I am glad the judge was hard on her, I only hope she learns from it and changes her life, away from booze and drugs. It is too bad, she has totally destroyed her life and for what. She had everything going for her. A career and now she has nothing but jail time . Not likely anyone will even look at her when she gets out. They have too many to choose from Lindsay, wake up and smell the coffee. I wish you the best and hope you can pull yourself together.

  19. Val • July 8, 2010 @ 1:58 PM

All of you seem to have no idea whatsoever what addiction is…. If it were so easy to stop then why is it that there are billions of addicts ( whether to alcohol or drugs ) all over the world. Some with money and others without. Some famous and some living on the streets. I hope she kicks the habits and does well for herself again.

And as for talent…. she did pretty good for herself a while back for havin “none”! I only wish I could do that well! The FU was probably directed more at all the people out there who like to put her down.. over and over again…. Good Luck Lindsay!!!!!!!

  20. Bob • July 8, 2010 @ 2:09 PM

Regardless if she meant it for the judge or not, this six time loser needs time in jail. Who, at her age, thinks that this is appropriate or cool? Go out and get a real job and some semblance of just what reality is. What a joke.

  21. Victoria • July 8, 2010 @ 2:21 PM

After seeing this offensive gesture it simply verifies what I have always believed that she has no respect for the Judge or the judicial system. As far as her sentence goes I think that 90 days is lenient considering the time that will be taken off due to overcrowding… it may have been more productive to have given her 180 days jail, 90 days residential rehab and then 90 days work program (where she could pick up garbage wearing a lovely orange jumpsuit!) Maybe then she will have been absent from the people and enviornment that encourages her bad behavior, as well as giving her a large hit of humility that would wake her up!!!

  22. Libby • July 8, 2010 @ 2:37 PM

I think she deserves more than 90 days and She’ll only spend 30, hilarious. She’s just Trashy. Her parents also need to get over themselves….Your daughter has been running a muck for the past Several years and now she’ll have to pay for it a little bit. If it were just some joe shmo, do you think it would have taken that long to have the person behind bars…..I think NOT!!!!
Probation is probation, court terms and all. Faux celebrity or not, due your time.

  23. Dave • July 8, 2010 @ 2:40 PM

C’mon, this is Hollywood. Right now her agent is already working on spinning this into her comeback and Hollywood loves few things more than a comeback. Look for her to probabably do a spot on Dr. Drew; I’m not saying it’s right or she deserves it but ratings mean money.

  24. Heather • July 8, 2010 @ 3:00 PM

That’s the last straw. She’s a train wreck and as far as I’m concerned, she deserves what she gets.

  25. Animal • July 8, 2010 @ 3:02 PM

If you think this is real, then you must be as stupid as she is.

  26. Elaine • July 8, 2010 @ 3:02 PM

I like her style, it is just too bad that it will become another public circus. Had you or I done it, we likely would have gotten away with it…….sucks to be her!!! Everyone is entitled to a little rebellion.

  27. olivia dukakis • July 8, 2010 @ 3:03 PM

Come on you guys, that was probably airbrushed in or whatever they do nowadays just to make up another story -as for Lohan, hope she gets it someday soon!

  28. jennifer • July 8, 2010 @ 3:10 PM

what a sad, sad waste of a career and possibly a life – hopefully, hopefully she will get things in order and make a brillant come back – think Robert Downey Jr. folks, but for the time being she is not going to learn her lesson Jail is not going to help her – the world needs to ignore her no talk of any of her doings no one reading her tweets then maybe just maybe she will pick her self up and get the help that she truly needs

  29. Anne Marie • July 8, 2010 @ 3:32 PM

Lindsay, Paris, Brittany. Three peas in a pod. Time to grow up, girls, and start acting like women instead of the spoiled children you appear to be.

  30. Monique • July 8, 2010 @ 3:49 PM

I’m thinking it’s air brushed too.
    It’s not real.

  31. Shelley • July 8, 2010 @ 3:58 PM

She is truly a very sad case, she should of gotten more than she did. Perhap’s if she went back to some all girl’s school, maybe she would learn how to really act, (In all way’s) I do not feel sorry for this little chick!!

  32. getalife • July 8, 2010 @ 4:35 PM

What’s wrong with you people?! You seriously have nothing better to do than read & believe a garbage GOSSIP site, then sit around like holier than thou, gossipy, windbags, throwing insults at someone who you don’t know $hit about?
Are you that sad, pathetic & miserable that bagging on easy targets gives you a little boost to what’s left of your self worth? Ever hear of empathy? Maybe some day you too will know their pain & receive exactly as much empathy as you’re giving…

  33. anh • July 8, 2010 @ 4:45 PM

it looks like funk u.. not fu*k u

  34. Concerned for the Planet • July 8, 2010 @ 4:45 PM

It’s really too bad that she has such an immature attitude at her age, however, drug addiction and substance abuse in general are terrible things to overcome for anyone and when a person is in the lime light… everybody sees her at her lowest… and I really believe it’s worse. I think she does have talent as an actress, however, she seriously needs help. She, obviously, had no role models growing up and I think it’s a bit sad that everyone is trashing her when the girl obviously needs SERIOUS help; both with her addictions and her mental state. I hope she is able to get help before her behaviour kills her.

  35. Concerned for the Planet • July 8, 2010 @ 4:50 PM

Also, as for the photo, I think it’s a fake. I think someone was playing around with Photoshop.

  36. Sam • July 8, 2010 @ 4:54 PM

how is that a message to the judge, for all we know that was written on her nail hours before. Just because some one managed to snap apicture of her hand up with the words FU on it, does not mean it was ment for the judge.

  37. Concerned for the Planet • July 8, 2010 @ 4:57 PM

If you look at the video on a big screen TV… you can even pause it… there is nothing written on her finger nail. I think this is someone wanting to make an issue out of something that doesn’t exist. It’s a fake.

  38. Amanda • July 8, 2010 @ 4:58 PM

I doubt it’s photoshopped, the words would be clearer in that case. And Anh, I’ve seen different photos of that finger on other sites, it definitely says f*ck u.

  39. Suzanne • July 8, 2010 @ 5:11 PM

While it might appear that LL is making poor decisions, which btw does happen to the best of us. I am shocked that so many people would prey on her down-fall, such an incredibly sad reflection of the people who write such fear based comments. I send her, LL, love and compassion, as i am thinking she is probably hurting and feeling pretty scared.

  40. Ashlee • July 8, 2010 @ 5:26 PM

I doubt that it was for the judge ,probably a clubbing statement and mainly for the paps. But,even sadder is that the paps have nothing better to do than to take a pic and disect it to the minutia and then, blow it up for scrutiny. She is a troubled woman who probably was so drunk the night before she did not remember it was there and, obviously,it as not that visisble to the eye or,her lawyer would have advised removal.
As for her having no talent,I disagree ,she was quite talented in many of her earlier movies. We as apublic have just fed on the entrails of her life the paps feed us and encourage their continuance.
somewhat like the christians and the lions of old.

  41. Steph • July 8, 2010 @ 5:52 PM

How does someone who potentially has so much “going” for her “f” up that bad?? She has screwed up her life and made mistakes, now she needs to face the music (and the jail-cell). She is getting what she deserves. The judge is making her pay for her wrong-doing, and I say GOOD. “Joe-Blow” on the street would get worse, so she should thank her lucky stars and learn from her experience and move on and do something good with herself. Maybe Paris Hilton can be her role model (haha). The “f.u” on her finger is funny because its’ blown up in her face.

  42. Janet • July 8, 2010 @ 6:39 PM

It would be such a refreshing change to see positive comments rather than hateful ones. She is a troubled young adult and needs a lot of great mentoring. To all your haters, how would you like to be trashed on websites like this one and others for everyone to read and stab even deeper? STOP WATCHING ALL THIS GOSSIP ON TV!! I accidently click this link because is popped up on me, so I thought I’d take this opportunity to tell you all to grow up, take responsibility, and be nicer. GEEEEEZZ!!

  43. TheBaldEagle • July 8, 2010 @ 7:03 PM

She’s a dirt bag. Here’s a POSITIVE comment – she wont be in any movie soon!

  44. Theresa • July 8, 2010 @ 7:09 PM

what a shame looks like a little time in jail might help her, she clearly must have a problem, look Brittany with the right help she has cleaned up and we all thought she was a gonner – Lindsay has a very smug attitude, and with her mother sitting beside her condones her behaviour – Istarted to have some trouble with mine and I asked the court to help me and it was just behavioural – a night in jail, some community work and court ordered anger management – she soon learned tyhat that behaviour was not going to be accepted – toughen up mom and shoe the child you care!!!!

  45. rob s • July 8, 2010 @ 7:12 PM

    @ Janet
yes so maybe shes troubled, maybe she needs mentoring but its no excuse for her attitude (the FU, not obeying the court order etc) i say throw the book at her
    even her laywer had enough

  46. Gwen • July 8, 2010 @ 8:29 PM

haha good for her. shes prolly bawlin her eyes out right now. dont really like lindsay lohan use to, stop a long time ago. i have court orders myself and i am not gonna be like her haha jk 2 more months til al my charges r dropped it’s good to be in canada, dont get harsh time like in the states.
lohan u suck, bitch. peace out

  47. G Harmatiuk • July 8, 2010 @ 9:35 PM

There is only one reason why these has-beens and wanna-bees are in the news. It’s because of this non-stop media hype, that is accorded these people. Need some attention, shave your snapper, and wear some clothing that will reveal it to a cameraman. The next day, it will be splashed all over the world, like as if it means something. All this shows is how trivial people really are. Did that picture help or hinder Miley Cyrus? It didn’t do anything for her talent… she has none to begin with. Lady Gaga? Are you kidding me. Look at all the stunts that this first class mutt has pulled off in the last month, or 2. Flashing her tits at Yankee Stadium, and the next day falling off of a pair of shoes that weren’t made to walk in, at an airport in London. I wonder how much advance notice she gave TMZ to make sure that this pathetic picture, could be flashed around the world, by next morning. And then that night, all these entertainment talk shows, running a prime time segment about this sorry little bitch. Shameless.

There is only 1 reason for this nonsense. The public consumes it. If you would accord it the time in your life, that this type of petty trivia deserves, it would fade away. Don’t buy the moronic magazines that put these type of people on pedestals. What the hell is so great about seeing a picture of Lindsay Lohan passed out in the front seat of a car, outside a club in L.A.? Was she really passed out, or was she faking for the camera? Who gives a rat’s ass? Should this type of nonsense occupy even your spare time?

  48. anna f • July 8, 2010 @ 10:59 PM

I think she is going to turn out okay,It was that damn lesbian shit with SAM that really screwed this poor girl up!I hope she comes out and proves everyone of you wrong! She is a great actress and I don`t really care about her attitude at all.. just like everyone..turn their backs on her when she needs a real friend.. reminds me of Michael Jackson,. HE IS GOD now that he has passed but you ate him up and spit him out when he was among us .. what ashame!

  49. Laura • July 9, 2010 @ 12:05 AM

I like the part where Lilo kept looking at her watch, like she had somewhere better to be…lmao. Jail would do the girl some good, but I believe she probably has fans everywhere and she wont learn anything from the experience anyway. Mostly because it seems she looks at all this like one big, long Punk’d episode.

  50. jackie • July 9, 2010 @ 12:08 AM

not that I’m a fan of LiLo but just because she has f*ck you printed on her middle finger doesnt mean she is refering it to the judge. She probably got it done out of her own amusement iunno..

  51. Susan • July 9, 2010 @ 2:41 AM

If it is real, I would hope that she needs a lot of help psycological help. On the flip side, pictures can and have been doctored.

  52. Susan • July 9, 2010 @ 2:44 AM

If it is real, I would hope that she needs a lot of help psycilogical help. On the flip side, pictures can and have been doctored.

  53. gbh999 • July 9, 2010 @ 3:56 AM

She’ll be OK. Just let TMZ bring a cameraman into the joint, and some way to get the pictures and audio out for that evening’s prime time entertainment trivia shows, and the public will barely know, or mind, that she is in jail.

  54. loris • July 9, 2010 @ 6:56 AM

I hope this is the end of this disrespectful, spoiled, greedy little brat.

  55. Karen • July 9, 2010 @ 7:42 AM

I hope that LL gets the help she needs! She is surrounded by sharks who don’t give a damn about her& that seems to be her mom as well! Stop trying to be her BFF MOM & get her the help she needs before it’s to late!

  56. darlene • July 9, 2010 @ 7:45 AM

well here we go again is that we have to read in the papers and tv who cares, she will probably make a movie about this hard old life of hers. Her agent is already got that in the works mark my words.I want to wish her luck but once a loser.THANKS.

  57. Stacey • July 9, 2010 @ 10:45 AM

I think the nail reads “Punk U”. Yeah – Lilo has caused herself a lot of problems, but really she’s no worse than a lot of people; she’s just famous, so we hear about her stuff more. That being said, because she is famous, that makes her somewhat of a role model and should be held to a higher standard.

  58. Sara • July 9, 2010 @ 12:28 PM

    She needs to grow up.

  59. Janet • July 9, 2010 @ 2:48 PM

@ rob s: Yes, she does need some time in jail, in fact, at LEAST the full 3 months to shake her up. But as far as the fingernail with fu, I am CERTAIN that it had nothing to do with the judge. As an earlier commenter said, it’s probably meant for the paparazzi. No matter what she chooses to do in life, whether she wants to fu herself, or to get help and start over, we shouldn’t be judging her – it’s her life and we should be wishing her the best, not continually love to hate her. Those who judge her must have some kind of issues of their own so they feel better by judging. NO excuses to criticize anyone.

  60. Karen • July 9, 2010 @ 3:06 PM

I don’t know. Let me see. I’m going to stand before a judge and maybe I want to make a good impression. I think I’d clean up a bit. But that’s just me and what Lindsay does is her business. But nothing is just ‘her business’ because she is continually ‘celebrated’ by the press. Stop talking about her. Stop making her famous. Maybe a little less attention might help. Maybe not, – but why do we care? There are innocent people dying, little children starving and politicians robbing us blind. Isn’t that what we should be paying attention to? Enough already!

  61. Carolyn • July 9, 2010 @ 4:01 PM

First I would like to say to everyone who wrote…you all have great opinions about this girl….yes, 90 days is too short….she’s a train wreck….yes the media has turned us against her….and yes, her acting isn’t all that great…but this message is for Lindsay……..
Get your act together..life isn’t always a party….do your time…grow up for God sake….you have a life style of the famous and rich and your blowing it…so many people would love to have the opportunities you have. Stop being the poor spoiled celebrity and clean your life up…….you have 90 days to fix your life..I would use them wisely……..good luck.

  62. Dreg • July 9, 2010 @ 4:17 PM

I guess if she were to continue with her music career she should do a new rendision of the Bobby Fuller tune “I fought the law and the law won” or
or maybe since she is in the clink now and wants to continue her acting career she could do a remake of that Elvis classic “Jailhouse Rock” LOL!!

  63. Loretta • July 9, 2010 @ 10:10 PM

Well, at 24 she has many years ahead of her, and she will have the next 90 days to think about the mess she has made of her life. In my opinion she hasn’t grown up and she is not the first or the last person to screw up badly like this. Hopefully, she will be able to turn her life around, but she needs help more than jail time. Still, the jail time keeps her controlled and it can still be beneficial in the end. Time will tell, I guess.

  64. botox • July 10, 2010 @ 2:33 AM

    shit happens

  65. John • July 10, 2010 @ 9:53 AM

Meh. Look at Martha. Spent time in jail and her career is hitting on all cylinders. Made some quality contacts… Maybe jail will help Lohan’s career too. It’s dying. She serves some time, gets released, does the talk show circuit, has some prison roles thrown at her…

  66. quinn • July 10, 2010 @ 12:28 PM

FU too Lindsay, all the way to the BIG HOUSE.

  67. Sarah • July 10, 2010 @ 4:10 PM

    OMG, she’s so pathetic.

  68. Quentin • July 10, 2010 @ 4:21 PM

Next time, she should put a great big L on her forehead for LOSER!

  69. Lorlee • July 10, 2010 @ 7:15 PM

The bottom line is if that was you or I we would have not received all the chances she was given, so now she must pay the price.

  70. gypsy • July 10, 2010 @ 11:42 PM

@ Anna f July 8Th 10.59pm I TOTALLY AGREE!!!!Hatred is such a useless waste of energy,no wonder the world is going to hell. What you reap you will sow..tenfold!!!!

  71. Pineapple • July 11, 2010 @ 12:01 AM

Who cares…really? Can’t we let these people slip into the category of has-beens or talentless losers without watching. Hooray, she has an audience for her humilation…? Kinda sad that we, as people, find happiness in the misfortunes and misdoings of others. Who really cares? At the end of the day it is pointless gossip for teenage girls and chatty bitches.

I took a sh*t on a plate, does anybody want to retweet! It’s hot info…

  72. shelley • July 11, 2010 @ 8:08 AM

Clearly this girl has no respect for anyone, including herself. I guess this is why she is standing in front of a judge!!!!! Another spoiled little rich kid.

  73. cleopatra • July 11, 2010 @ 4:09 PM

I agree with what the judge gave her, but it is the responsibility of people in the jail she will be attending to ensure that she will carry out her sentence safely because it was said that she is under suicide watch. I wonder how she is going to spend her last week of freedom? I also wonder what her life will be like if and when she carries out the full sentence? No one whether they be a celebirty or an average joe is above the law and hopefully other young girls will see this as a lesson that if do the crime be prepared to pay the price.

  74. J.B. • July 11, 2010 @ 6:26 PM

@ Carolyn :: FINALLY somebody with sense! As for those that insist on throwing feces at the girl, Confucious says, “Don’t complain about the snow on your neighbour’s roof, when you own doorstep is unclean.”

  75. YouBetcha • July 13, 2010 @ 4:17 PM

Why was she ever famous? She’s talentless and hideous. I just don’t get it. The way she lives her life proves she’s a nothing. Just go away……

  76. Amanda • July 13, 2010 @ 4:41 PM

Totally agree. She’s a complete waste of space. It’s time for her to retire and try to find out what a normal life is like, though I don’t think she’s capable.

  77. harold horne • July 21, 2010 @ 4:57 PM

Judge should award her some free time to get nail polish remover and new stuff. A real nice Pink color. Then conditional sentence on showing the new stuff and charges dropped. ASAP.
