Locklear’s 911 caller called paparazzi

By Alexandra Heilbron on October 1, 2008 | 5 Comments

heather_locklear1.jpgJill Ishkanian, the woman who called 911 to report Heather Locklear, was following the actress when she made the call, describing Heather as a “drunk driver.” In the phone call, she says Locklear is walking around outside of her car, which is parked on the side of the road. Police at no time saw Locklear driving. The 911 operator ordered Ishkanian to immediately stop following Locklear (although Locklear was parked).  Sources told TMZ.com that after Ishkanian called 911, she tipped off paparazzi that Heather was about to be arrested. TMZ published the pictures on their site, and one clearly shows a police officer taking snapshots with his cell phone while the other holds Locklear’s hands behind her back. Not only that, it turns out Ishkanian is a former US Weekly employee who was once under investigation by the FBI for hacking into the magazine’s computers, allegedly stealing celebrity information and photographs after she started her own celebrity photo agency. Shady dealings all around!

This Ishkanian sounds like quite the whacko! She was probably following Heather right from the time she left home, just waiting for some good gossip, and this is how she came to be in the same parking lot where she says she followed Heather from. I think Heather was definately getting off on the charge of DUI as it was but this just puts the icing on the cake!

One cop was taking pics on his cell phone while the other was holding her hands behind her back? Pretty sick, that’s probably his display pic on his phone now.
