Lohan charged with DUI

Police say Lindsay Lohan crashed her Mercedes-Benz early Saturday morning after a night of heavy drinking. There were two others in the car with her when she lost control and crashed into a curb, coming to a stop as the car was wedged between two trees in Beverly Hills. Lohan received minor injuries to her chest area and was taken to a local hospital, where police caught up with her and placed her under arrest for DUI. In addition, Lt. Mitch McCann of the Beverly Hills Police Department said a “usable amount” of cocaine was found, presumably in the car. Lohan turns 21 next month. The crash was Lohan’s third automobile accident in the past two years.
How is it that all the young Hollywood stars are getting dui when they aren’t supposed to be drinking or allowed into clubs until they are 21?
