Lohan fails drug test in rehab

Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan was scheduled to leave rehab last week after a two month drug and alcohol treatment program, but will stay longer after testing positive. A source told Australia’s New Weekly magazine: “She had a friend sneak vodka in a water bottle into one of the Alcoholics Anonymous meetings she goes to. Everyone wants her to be their friend, so they’ll do anything for her. She smells like booze, and the staff do nothing about it. I asked her if she had any intention of being sober and she looked at me like I was crazy. She’s still doing whatever she wants.”

    “She smells like booze.”

At least she doesn’t smell like manure.

I say this because she can ruin her own life all she wants, but she is in a rehab centre with other people who are TRULY trying to get clean and sober, and now they have to deal with her smelling like booze at their AA meetings!! Like it’s not bad enough she already gets special treatment! It would not surprise me at all if it was her precious jail-bird father who brought the booze in for her.

how could u go from an innocent star who planned on stayin outta this path to the SNOBBY little rich kid who is controling and blind to the reality: YOUR FANS ARE TURNING AWAY because you are turning your career and your fans into complete jokes along with your subtance abuse. GROW THE HELL UP (and to think im younger than you, disgusted at your so called adult hood, as if?)

Is Lindsay’s abuse problems even worth putting in newspapers anymore? To me, she is just taking up valuable newspaper space that can be used to cover more important topics. The sooner that the stars see that the world doesn’t care about their personal problems anymore, the fast they will learn to grow the hell up and start acting like mature competent people

As the mom of a recovering addict, I find it sad that so many people are ready to make judgment on this young lady. It’s obvious that her problems are very deep and she’s screaming for help. However, she will not get the help until she’s hit bottom, and only she knows where the bottom is. She must make the decision to live, or keep in “self destruct” mode. I pray for her and her family.

this is the only star having problems that i feel for, she really is sick and needs help..she is a beautifull women and when she was younger and in control not a bad actress… if she doesnt get it soon she will end up like Norma Gene, or all the other young stars that died way before there time…

So sad, I agree if she’s not taking her rehab seriously she shouldn’t blow it for the others that are working towards recovery. Like you said regarding recovery, then you know how hard all those others that don’t get the royal treatment are suffering. It’s not only her life, she can stubble someone. If she screams any louder she’s gonna lose her voice. She has people enabling her to continue in this distructive mode. Everything comes to a head, I hope it’s not to late. She needs to love herself, and get off this sad kick of wanting her dad, mom..How many people out there were raised with out parents. So grow up lynd and take responsiblity of your life and stop blaming your parents.. Own it!

‘As the mom of a recovering addict, I find it sad that so many people are ready to make judgement on this young lady.’

WOW!! I wonder if you would think that if your son/daughter was in that treatment centre trying to recover and having to see Lindsay get special treatment and smell like booze? I also wonder if you would think that if she had scared the living hell out of your family by chasing them down the street in her vehicle like a mad woman, all strung out?? She has done this to herself. We all make choices, some good, some bad. Everyone has problems, we just don’t all turn to drugs and alcohol. One more sad thing…Lindsay is a role model for alot of young ladies, mainly her little sister, who looks up to her so much!!

she wants attention by her parents plus by the media and plus she’s a very sad person i find.

It’s amazing how many excuses are made for someone’s behaviour when they have any amount of wealth or notoriety. The fact that this “woman” cannot even respect others within the treatment center trying to turn their lives around, absolutely bewilders me.

If there is anyone left out there defending her actions, you’re as sick as she is. She belongs in jail and she’s had more chances than 99.9% of the population would have gotten. For what reason? Because she can deliver a line and screw her way through life.

  16. Karen • October 5, 2007 @ 6:51 PM

Oh so what? If she wants to ruin her life. Let her. She can sink to the bottom of the pit and when she finally wakes up and see hows stupid she’s being, it’ll be too late.

  17. Nancy • October 5, 2007 @ 10:13 PM

Yes, but Karen…..it is not just her life! I am not defending her AT ALL, I am defending all the other recovering addicts in that treatment centre who have to put up with her sh*t!! I mean they are paying for their treatment and have to put up with her smelling like booze…she’s lucky I’m not there because I’d knock her into next week!!!

  18. Clare • October 5, 2007 @ 10:21 PM

Really disrespectful to people who are alcoholics actually trying to change their lives around her…and if she truly doesn’t want to change why is she there wasting everyone’s time…
