Lohan sued again

Lindsey Lohan is being sued by yet another victim of her car escapades. This time it’s for assault and negligence. Tracie Rice was in the car Lohan was chasing last month while the starlet was allegedly under the influence. She is also suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress. Rice says she “was convinced that their lives were in danger and that they had to outrun the pursuing car or they might be killed.” She says that once they’d stopped at the police station, “Police officers approached all of them with guns drawn.” She adds that Lohan “put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life.” Lohan is currently in a Utah rehab facility.
It looks good on Linsay Lohan.
Lohan is so out of control. She’s such a bad influence. Way to go Lindsey…what’s next?

I want to sue Lindsay Lohan for publicity overload. Really though, it’s sad what became of her. She had potential
hopefully Lindsay won’t get off lightly like most famous people do.
Leave Li-Lo alone; she’s just trying to keep her name in the papers.

yup- lohan chasing me. that would cause trama. 5ft tall, 100 lbs with rocks in her pockets…oooo scary. Like all women drivers, she probably drives like a knob but that’s no reason for a lawsuit. My wife would be in jail too. There comes a point when people have to stop being greedy and looking for frivolous lawsuits. Yes Lohan is a doofus, so yank her liscence and chain her ass in rehab. Stop wasting people’s time.
