Madonna buys house next door

MadonnaMadonna has bought the house next door to her London estate, where she lives with director husband, Guy Ritchie, and their three children. The ten-bedroom house went for more than $12 million. She and Ritchie already own two other nearby homes. A source told the Evening Standard that the couple would like to eventually own the entire street. Glad they’re not into flaunting their wealth, like some celebrities.

I think If Madonna wants to buy a home or even the entire street, she should do it, she has worked extremely hard and has earned her money, she also does alot for charity which alot of people don’t realize.

She has done well, and I wish he well, Congrats Madonna on your new home, I hope you will enjoy having it.

Talk about flaunting her wealth!!! What is she really going to do with the houses??? Take turns living in one each week or day? Hey, maybe she could use one for a womens emergency shelter, or one for the homeless.

I don’t think it is an issue of wealth or wanting more houses but has more to do with privacy. She is hounded by the press and having the whole street would allow her more control over her privacy. If I was in her position I’d probably do the same.

All the power to her. Although she has made this life full of controversy for herself, and she is paying the price that goes along with it. I do not believe her childeren have to suffer the same fate. So to purchse property for the sake of privace, go for it. She’s earned it, she can do what she wants.

Why not buy a house or even build a center in less privledge areas in poor countries to house sick and less fortunate children than flaunting her wealth, she is still the materialistic, shallow, egotisical person she always was, why the hell does someone need so many houses for a family of 5?? Gimme a f’in break, she has too much money to keep to herself. She adopted a kid because it was “in” at the time and had to do something to show people she’s contributing, but who’s looking after the kid? Her employee’s!
