Malin Akerman has split from husband Roberto Zincone.
The Rock of Ages actress has decided to ''amicably'' part ways with the drummer - with whom she has seven-month-old son, Sebastian - after six years of marriage.
A source told Us Weekly: ''It's as amicable as can be, and they want to do what's best for their son.'' Another source claims the split is very new and neither of them has started legal proceedings.
The second insider said: ''No one has plans to file yet. Honestly, Malin is not even ready to discuss it. It's a very sad time for her.''
All appeared to be well with the Swedish born actress and Roberto - who was the drummer in a band she once fronted, called The Petalstones - only a few months ago, with her claiming: ''We've never had a single fight. We've always talked things out.''
Earlier, in April, Malin said their new son was the ''biggest joy'' they had ever experienced. She tweeted: ''My husband and I welcomed our beautiful, healthy baby boy to this world this morning! Biggest joy of my life!!! #lovemykid. (sic)''
She then added: ''PS and his name is... Sebastian Zincone :))) Love him more than life itself!! #whatafeeling !!! (sic)''
