Mary-Kate has been served

Mary-Kate OlsenMary-Kate Olsen is under fire again, and has been subpoenaed to testify in front of a Grand Jury about her role in Heath Ledger’s drug overdose death. Drug Enforcement officials in New York are calling on Olsen, Ledger’s close friend, to fill in the blanks related to the six-month-long investigation. The 22-year-old actress’ testimony is sought after because the masseuse who found Ledger dead called Olsen before contacting the emergency services.

Reportedly, Olsen has been withholding her testimony until she is guaranteed immunity from the prosecution, which leads some to believe she is hiding something.

Yes it does, Dave. I hear that all of his medications were prescribed by his physicians except one….and they want to know where he got that one and they are hoping Miss Mary Kate can tell them…all about the Oxycontin!!

You never talk to a grand jury without a lawyer and any lawyer worth anything would advice her to ask for immunity before speaking just in case.

Gotta curb your appetite and stay thin somehow, huh?

Immunity from what? Did she score the drugs he overdosed on? Something sure isn’t right here.I hate to think that about her as they were the wholesome Olson’s but if she won’t speak without immunity that to me is like saying I want an attorney, she is in this somehow up to her eyeballs or there’d be no need to ask for immunity!

She should not be given immunity in any way, shape or form…take the stand, tell the truth and if not, risk perjury charges.
Sure, it looks fishy. Why on earth would she have not called 911, opting to call her bogyguards first to rush to the scene????
Come on, she is definitely covering something up.

Ya, like “Make sure there is nothing in Heath’s apartment that can in any way, shape or form be linked back to me! And hurry, before the police get there! Grab me a skim milk latte on your way back and make sure the guy serving it doesn’t switch my skim milk for 2%!”
