Matthew Fox victim to press charges

Heather Bormann, the woman who was allegedly attacked by Lost actor Matthew Fox Saturday night in Cleveland has confirmed to TMZ that she intends to press charges, explaining, “Assault is wrong. No matter who it’s from. And I really do feel violated.” Bormann was chauffering a bus for a private bachelor party when Fox tried to get on. She told him it was a private party and he wasn’t welcome, but he wouldn’t get off. She says, “He just kept staring at me with his mouth wide open and not saying anything. I told him, ‘You have to leave buddy. You are trespassing on my bus.'” At that point, “he just stepped in for a right hook to my pelvis area and started wailing on me like I was a man.” She says he kept punching her all over, including on her legs, her arms and breasts. Bormann, whose brothers taught her how to defend herself, says she got one good hit in on Fox: “I took one hand to his jaw and he was spitting blood. He stumbled backwards. This was my self-defense. This was the only way I could protect myself…..from a man beating up on a woman.”

If this is true, this guy is one freakin’ loser. Another celeb that thinks he can go anywhere and do anything because he’s somewhat famous. I hate those stars who put themselves on pedestals. Idiots that act like they are gods don’t help the matter any.

If assault is wrong no matter who it’s from, then shouldn’t she be turning herself in as well?

^She’ll get off because it was self-defense.

All persons may defend themselves from attack. The totality of the circumstances must be considered i.e. all incidents are situational.

    Witnesses need to come forward

Ya, we need a witness. I don’t see him doing this at all.

We should send him back to the island!

I love how they keep choosing the worse photos they can find of him and making him look like a serial killer!

Reading the article I pictured him giving her playful shots all around quickly in succession just horsing around. But the way the she’s quoted it sounds pretty serious… Bruises or it didn’t happen.

I couldn’t believe he’d do such a thing! Some of us put them on pedestals. For me I’ve stopped doing that a long time ago. Some people that are put on pedestals Don’t act like him though. They stay grounded somehow. I also think its his mid-life crises that he finds hard. Starting to get older, you know.

Interesting development in the story. I side with this person who had defended herself. Wish I could see what the end result of the confrontation. Swift punishment to be delivered.

Thibz, that’s what he looks like now. He grew a beard and his hair turned gray.

I hope there are witnesses. Mind you it seems likely all drunk witnesses on the party bus, but this seems a bit too much. He can’t get on a bus and beats on the driver???? If this did happen he really is stupid and this can be career ending.
