Mel Gibson files restraining order against ex

Mel Gibson has reportedly filed a temporary restraining order against former lover Oksana Grigorieva, the mother of his seven-month-old daughter Lucia. The 54-year-old lodged documents under seal yesterday at the Los Angeles Superior Court. According to sources, in addition to the restraining order, the documents include a notice about a forthcoming court hearing and a notice of visitation rights and child custody. After they split last April, Grigorieva told Hello! magazine: “We’ve been together for three years – not one year as people have been writing.” Which means Gibson was still with his wife of 29 years, Robyn, when his relationship with Grigorieva began. He announced his split from Robyn when his mistress became pregnant.
