Mel Gibson gets increased visitation

By Alexandra Heilbron on December 20, 2010 | 8 Comments

The judge presiding over the custody battle between Mel Gibson and his ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, has modified the existing custody agreement of their 13-month-old daughter. The agreement gave Mel visitation of six days, including three overnight visits each two week period, with his baby daughter Lucia, but the judge has increased that time. Sources to TMZ said the increase is by hours, not days, but in the end, amounts to an extra day per week for Mel. Judge Gordon said he believes the changes are in the best interest of Lucia. Undoubtedly, Oksana disagrees with that, considering that she alleges Mel previously choked her and pulled out a gun, threatening to murder her and kill himself. She also alleges Mel hit Lucia, although he was aiming for her, while she was holding the baby. [poll=242]

HAHA – anyone else laughing at how unbelievably biased the poll question is? wow…just…wow….

What a poll. This was allowed by Tribute??? But I do agree with the questions and how they were put together ha ha. Otherwise innocent until proven guilty, he is not convicted of the abuse yet, but he is convicted in public opinion of his anti-semite and racist comments thruought the years. He still might not spread hate, I mean his somewhat skewed Christian views to his kids and be a decent father.

I love when Tribute runs a tongue-in-cheek poll like this, like the Miley one, which also gave me my laugh of the day. On a more serious note, Mel is a racist, a homophobe and a scary person. I wouldn’t want to be near him myself. I hope the judge made the right decision, but I fear for that little girl’s safety and sanity.

Tribute gets more entertaining all the time, I really love the news and polls on this site, whether they’re serious or not!

Mel has 6 other kids, they were never abused physically and they are all doing fine, why would it be different for this little girl. Don’t believe that gold digging slut, she’s only after his money and using her child as leverage.

Are you sure about that Germain? You know those kids personally? Abuse is so hidden that often neighbours don’t even realize it’s happening. And do we know he hasn’t poisoned their minds and turned them into racists, just like his father did with him?

His ex-wife came to his defence when these allegations came to light. Why would she defend him if he would have been abusive with her or their kids in the past?

Do you believe that Anna Nicole Smith really loved that old man when she married him? MONEY, this is what it’s all about.
