The judge presiding over the custody battle between Mel Gibson and his ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, has modified the existing custody agreement of their 13-month-old daughter. The agreement gave Mel visitation of six days, including three overnight visits each two week period, with his baby daughter Lucia, but the judge has increased that time. Sources to TMZ said the increase is by hours, not days, but in the end, amounts to an extra day per week for Mel. Judge Gordon said he believes the changes are in the best interest of Lucia. Undoubtedly, Oksana disagrees with that, considering that she alleges Mel previously choked her and pulled out a gun, threatening to murder her and kill himself. She also alleges Mel hit Lucia, although he was aiming for her, while she was holding the baby.
