Mel Gibson pulling up stakes

Mel Gibson pulling up stakesMel Gibson has decided to sell several of his homes. His 75-acre Greenwich, Connecticut estate was up for sale for three years, but sold earlier this year for almost $24 million. His Malibu property, where he lived with his wife Robyn and their children, was originally listed at $14.5 million earlier this year, but the asking price has been lowered to $12.75 million. Most recently, he put his 500-acre tropical getaway, called Hacienda Dorada, in Costa Rica up for sale for $35 million. He claims the oceanfront property is no longer private enough due to paparazzi. The estate, located on the Nicoya Peninsula, has a seven-bedroom main house, a pair of two-bedroom homes, each with a private pool and full time staff. He brought the property in 2007 for $25.8 million.

I hope he moves somewhere far, far away. Like Australia.

He needs to sell things to pay off his wife. I hope he’s smart and puts a lot aside for all his kids while he still can. Then pull a Brando and disappear.

The man is worth half a billion, 25 millions to Mel Gibson is like 25 bucks for the rest of us. Mel might have worries now a days but money isn’t one of them.
