Michael Jackson sets record posthumously

Jermaine Jackson at the AMAs © D. Long/ZUMApress.com/Keystone PressHe may not have won Entertainer of the Year, but Michael Jackson has set the record for most American Music Awards won by any artist. His wins for Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist and Soul/R&B Male Artist last night brought his total up to 23 AMAs. His 2003 album Number Ones, which shot back to the top of the charts following his death, also won Favorite Soul/R&B and Pop/Rock Album. Jermaine Jackson (pictured here), who was Michael’s closest brother, accepted  the awards on his younger brother’s behalf, saying, “It’s not just about winning the award; it’s mainly the message. The message Michael had will live on forever and that’s that he saw good in everyone.” ~Alexandra Heilbron

“The message Michael had will live on forever and that’s that he saw good in everyone.”

    Except in himself…

Get a clue morons. He was and always will be innocent. Thats why the father who made his son lie, took his own life because he couldn’t live with the guilt of his lies against a wonderful human being. Plus Michael was found innocent on the second charge because the “accuser” refused to testify because he was a liar as well.

from germany, people why don#t you leave your bad comments. He is dead and a very nice person. Nobody is like this guy. He is the best. No matter what he is, he cares for the world. He is innocent. That is why God took him so early. That is alwys so

Demigod: I said that about MJ because he was always trying to change his appearance, change himself, hide himself, hide his children, etc.

    e. agaloos “That is why God took him so early. That is always so.”……really? There have been some pretty bad ones who have died younger than 50 year old Michael Jackson. I have to say, that in most cases, God doesn’t “take” us…we kill ourselves with our man-made products. Just my opinion though.

Michael did see good in himself, through his children and being close to children around the world. Michael gave everyone the benefit of the doubt; until they took advantage of him and his name. What good did Michael see in Tommy M or Martin B…or anyone else in it for the the sheer abuse on all levels. We loose sight of the good in people when they betray us, and naturally, is it difficult to gain trust. Michael conducted himself appropriately with such matters.

First and foremost, Michael was a good man and a great father; more than anyone will ever know.

I take comfort in knowing that Michael rests in Melodic Peace.

I Love You Michael. God Bless Prince, Paris, and Prince II. Keep them safe and protected.
