Mickey Rourke left Cafe Roma in Los Angeles yesterday after enjoying lunch with a friend, but there was something missing — he wasn’t wearing pants! Luckily, his jacket covered his white boxer briefs. Although he appeared to find it amusing that he’d been caught by the paparazzi with his pants down, when he arrived at his friend’s car, he got a pair of jeans out and put them on in the parking lot — in full public view. Must have been one interesting lunch.
