Inhibitions out the door, pop star Miley Cyrus, 19, celebrated her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth’s 22nd birthday at Club Icon downtown Los Angeles last Saturday. We all know through past experience that Miley is a free spirit, especially when she’s repeatedly been caught doing things such as getting high by smoking salvia, performing a lap dance for an older man, posting revealing underage photos of herself online, and most recently, she appeared to admit to being a stoner. Pictures from the party confirm Miley had a wild night of heavy drinking and things started getting really personal when it was time to blow out the candles on the cake, which happened to be shaped as a penis. TMZ published a variety of photos of Miley getting some quality time in with the chocolate creation, tongue shots and all. Other pictures of Miley show her sipping a drink the size of her forearm, drunken make-outs with Liam and table dancing.
