Moviegoers Enchanted at box office

EnchantedEnchanted, starring Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams, took over the top spot at the weekend box office, grossing $35.3 million (all figures US) for a total of $50 million since opening last Wednesday. Another new release, This Christmas, landed in second with $18.6 million. Last weekend’s number one film, Beowulf, dropped to third with $16.2 million for a total take of $56.4 million, while Hitman opened in fourth place with $13 million. Rounding out the top five was Bee Movie, taking in $12 million.

    Sorry. It might be a really good movie, but I’m just not into that mushy stuff. I like comedy, action and horrors!!

    I don’t know….I just can’t see Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams being very funny???? I could be wrong, but I always go with my instinct! I’m more into Jim Carey, Adam Sandler, Jack Black kind of funny.

    Some of us are trying to reduce our ‘carbon footprint’ though and, thankfully, there aren’t too many people out there who suffer from this source of flatulance. I understand there are products available to ease this type of discomfort. After all – one match is all it would take to cause an explosion!
