Mr. Bean tops Canadian box office

Mr. Bean's HolidayMr. Bean’s Holiday debuted at the Canadian weekend box office in the top spot with $1.87 million, not only capturing almost 20 percent of the total box office and outperforming all new weekend releases, but knocking last week’s No. 1 movie, Superbad, to second place with $1.74 million. The Bourne Ultimatum dropped one spot to third, grossing $1.2 million. Another major weekend release, War, starring Jet Li and Jason Statham, took in $801,728 in fourth place. Rounding out the top five was Rush Hour 3 with $723.863.

    This shows we understand British humour better.Don’t understand why the British movie Death at a Funeral was only released in the U.S.
