Naomi Watts: ‘Nicole stopped me from quitting acting’

Naomi Watts Nicole Kidman stopped Naomi Watts from giving up her acting dreams. Naomi, 44 and 45-year-old Nicole have been friends since working together on the movie Flirting in 1991 and when Nicole's Hollywood career took off, she urged Naomi not to give up. Speaking on CBS' Sunday Morning, Naomi said, "She kept saying, 'It's just going to take one thing, one thing, Nay, and you know, if you're in a hit film...then everything changes.' Oh my God, I mean, I considered myself fairly sensitive, but I don't think a strong person could cope with [rejection] over and over again. There were moments when I was sure I was done. Oh yeah, but I didn't have a plan B really, I didn't." The Impossible actress also revealed she and Nicole are searching for the perfect project to work on together. She said, "We've been looking for a movie to do together for a long time now. But both of us have ... picky tastes. It has to be the right thing."

    Good thing she diden’t she defeinitly delivers in all her performances. 21 Grams and The Impossible were held up by her acting.
