Nicolas Cage has just listed his 13,176 square foot, six bath, six bedroom New Orleans home for $3.7 million. He now has three houses on the market — could he possibly be in need of some quick cash? The actor, whose National Treasure paycheck was a cool $20 million, recently sold his yacht for $7.7 million, but with the current economic crisis, this is an incredibly bad time to sell real estate. In addition to the New Orleans home, Cage has listed his house in Rhode Island, which sits on over 27 acres of land and includes views of the Atlantic ocean. He bought the 12 bedroom house last year for $15.7 million (current asking price: $15.9 million) and another in Bel Air (now going for $30 million). According to contactmusic.com, the New Orleans house at 2523 Prytania Street, which was once owned by Interview with a Vampire author Anne Rice, is haunted.
