Police say a 32-year-old man was shot twice in the stomach after an argument on opening night of the movie Notorious, a biopic about rapper Biggie Smalls, at the Four Seasons Theater in Greensboro, North Carolina. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he underwent surgery and is believed to be in stable condition. Coincidentally, according to the Greensboro Telegram, Jamal Woolard, who plays the late hip-hop star Notorious B.I.G. in the film, was in the Four Seasons Theater during the shooting. The theater, which has beefed up security since the incident, has decided to drop the film from its lineup. Meanwhile, an after party at the Djumbala night club in New York City celebrating the release of Notorious ended with four people being stabbed. Antwione Jones, 21, is in critical condition while the remaining three who were stabbed are in stable condition.
