Obama infers Bill Cosby is a rapist

President George W. Bush gave Bill Cosby the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2002, as a thank you for his years of service in comedy and family friendly entertainment over the decades. With all the allegations, accusations and confessions of wrongdoing in regards to Bill Cosby and his alleged sexual assaults, members of the media and public have called into question the validity and legitimacy of Cosby retaining his medal.

During a press conference on Wednesday, President Obama was asked if he had any plans to revoke Cosby’s Medal of Freedom.

“With respect to the Medal of Freedom. There is no precedent for revoking a medal. We don’t have that mechanism. As you know I don’t like to comment on the specifics of cases where there might still be, if not criminal, then civil, issues involved,” said Obama.

He then added, “I’ll say this… If you give a woman, or a man for that matter, without his or her knowledge a drug, and have sex with that person without consent, that’s rape. I think this country, any civilized country, should have no tolerance for rape.” ~Greg Chisholm
