Ottawa-born actress Kelly Rowan, who played Kirsten Cohen on the Fox TV series The O.C., has become engaged to David Thomson—the richest man in Canada and the 10th richest man in the world. They began dating late last year and plan to get married sometime in 2007. This will be the first marriage for Rowan, 41, and the third for Thomson, 50, who has a one-year-old son with his second ex-wife.
