Orlando Bloom really believes in love

Orlando Bloom Orlando Bloom still ''really believes'' in love. The 36-year-old British star, who announced his split from Australian supermodel, Miranda Kerr, after three years of marriage in October, says starring in Broadway's Romeo & Juliet has made him more romantic. The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug actor told the January issue of Elle magazine: ''I'm completely in love with the idea of love. Maybe I'm all misty about it because I'm playing Romeo. But I really believe in, you know, that sort of heart-to-heart connection.'' Orlando, who has a two-year-old son, Flynn, with Miranda, admits many women expect him to be like the characters he plays in movies like Pirates of the Caribbean and The Lord of the Rings. The New York-based actor said: ''I'm sure I was a great disappointment to many women because I wasn't Errol Flynn.'' But he added: ''I'm me. I think that's got some merit.'' Orlando recently filmed his first full-frontal nude scene in the upcoming crime film, Zulu, and found the experience empowering. He explained: ''It was quite amusing walking around set and seeing the crew avert their eyes at first. I got so comfortable with it I could brush up behind someone and go, 'Oh, excuse me.' ''

He sounds pretty full of himself. If he believes in love, he believes in temporary love, he couldn’t even keep his commitment to his wife and kid. He made vows, but I guess that doesn’t mean much to him.
