Paris Hilton’s younger brother Barron is preparing to sue Lindsay Lohan because he says she encouraged her friend to beat him up early Friday morning. Barron was hospitalized after being beaten at a party at a Miami mansion that Lindsay and her friend Ray LeMoine also attended. According to Barron, Lindsay accused him of trash talking and then told Ray to beat him up. Ray agreed and then proceeded to beat Barron, leaving him bloody and bruised with several gashes to his face. Lindsay claims she had nothing to do with the attack and was not even at the scene at the time. Soon after, a video surfaced online that shows Lindsay getting into a car following the party as Barron and his friends confront her right after the attack. Lindsay’s friend Ray agreed with Lindsay, saying she had nothing to do with the attack and claims he only punched Barron because he refused to leave the house. He also claims Barron threw the first punch. Sources told TMZ that Barron’s sister Paris met with a lawyer on Saturday to help Barron file a suit against Ray and Lindsay. ~Brie Davis
