Two photographers were arrested when they chased Paris Jackson, the daughter of the late Michael Jackson, down a busy Los Angeles street. They were driving recklessly and went through several red lights while chasing a car in which Paris was a passenger. Following the chase, police were notified and they caught up to the photographers and put them in handcuffs. However, they were not booked because police didn’t witness the chase first hand, but they may still face prosecution because police wrote up a crime report and forwarded it to the L.A. City Attorney. As well, Paris and her guardians have the choice to file a lawsuit in civil court.

Police press charges against people who committed offences without being witnessed by them on a daily basis…don’t see an issue in stopping this sort of craziness. There is no place for photographers to do this in our society. It is how people are killed. Princess Diana is a prime example.
who is she???
C-Dub are u serious? been living under a rock or something? And they should of been booked. Maybe then they would stop this terrible action of chasing them down. Some one is going to be killed AGAIN. yes Diana comes to the forefront of my memory.
