Patricia Arquette files for divorce from Thomas Jane

More breakup news from Hollywood as Medium star Patricia Arquette filed for divorce on Monday from her husband, The Punisher star Thomas Jane, citing irreconcilable differences. They were married June 24, 2006, and have a five-year-old daughter, Harlow. Arquette is asking for sole legal and physical custody. Arquette was previously married to Nicolas Cage and has a 20-year-old son from an out-of-wedlock relationship. This was also a second marriage for Jane, who was married to Aysha Hauer (actor Rutger Hauer’s daughter) in 1989.
She’s asking for sole legal and physical custody? The only time I’ve ever seen that happen is if there’s been abuse.
