Eternals

The upcoming film Eternals is perhaps Marvel's biggest gamble even as they enter their fourth phase of entertainment. More than any other group of characters, the Eternals are as risky as can be, being the equivalent of gods in the Marvel universe—that can't be the easiest concept to bring to the big screen. Director Chloé Zhao will have her hands full—and there will be added expectation after the critical praise her last film, Nomadland, received upon its release in 2020. Thankfully, she's got a star-studded cast led by Angelina Jolie to work with, in what's sure to be another epic chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
