Danny Trejo

Danny Trejo’s roles are all relatively the same: he plays the tattooed tough guy who speaks gruffly and intimidates characters with his grim stares. While he has played some characters who divert from this pattern (most notably as Uncle Machete in the Spy Kids franchise), Trejo told Variety he actually has no problem being cast as the “mean Chicano dude with tattoos” because that’s just who he is.
