Isaiah Washington was fired from the popular series Grey’s Anatomy after an altercation with co-star Patrick Dempsey led to the actor using a homophobic slur towards their gay co-star. Although his character was written out of the show, he wasn’t killed off, and actually made an appearance in an episode in 2014, much to the chagrin of many fans.
