Aaron Paul

As we've seen with countless other actors, making the transition from TV to film isn't the easiest task no matter how popular the TV show is. At the height of Breaking Bad's popularity, series star Aaron Paul looked to capitalize on that momentum. His first real shot at being a Hollywood leading man came in 2013's video game adaptation Need for Speed, which not only tried to open up the video game genre but also tried to tap into the Fast & Furious fan base. Needless to say, it didn't quite work out on either front, appealing to neither crowd and underperforming at the box office. Things would come full circle for Paul with his next leading man role in El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie in 2019.
