Jamie Bell

Jamie Bell is another versatile and talented English actor that Hollywood tried to turn into the next big thing after the title role in his movie debut with Billy Elliott. After getting American audiences to notice him with his role in 2008's Jumper, Bell would follow it up with a busy 2011. That year saw him star in Cary Joji Fukunaga's Jane Eyre, the period action drama The Eagle, and Steven Spielberg's animated adaptation of The Adventures of Tintin. Despite that strong year and decent success at the box office, it wouldn't be until 2015 that Bell would get another shot at a big Hollywood blockbuster, this time in Josh Trank's ill-fated Fantastic Four reboot, which all but sank his aspirations as a star. After a four-year run on AMC's TURN: Washington's Spies, Bell popped up again in the smash hit biopic Rocketman with an impressive performance as Bernie Taupin.
