Once upon a time, you could guarantee Amanda Bynes would appear in just about every teen movie that came out of Hollywood. She could do it all – belt out show-stopping hits in Hairspray, masquerade as a teenage boy in She’s The Man, and even play a prudish devout Catholic in Easy A. But in July 2010, she suddenly announced she would be taking an indefinite hiatus from her acting career to study fashion design. Following a string of legal and medical issues, including a DUI arrest, Bynes had effectively fallen from grace. However, last year, after three years of being sober, she opened up to People magazine and revealed she would like to return to acting, so perhaps we’ll be seeing more of Bynes in the future.
