Sigourney Weaver

Even though Sigourney Weaver is best known for playing tough and resilient female characters, she isn't immune to the occasional on-screen death. Her characters have died 13 times, with her most memorable death probably being in Alien 3 (1992), when she commits suicide to prevent the Alien within her from spawning.
