Rob Lowe

Rob Lowe was part of the brat pack, the nickname for a group of young actors who appeared together in coming-of-age films such as St. Elmo's Fire and The Outsiders in the 1980s. Then a sex tape was deliberately leaked to advance the career of a starlet, and his career was stopped in its tracks. He got back on his feet (so to speak) in The West Wing, a hit TV series beginning in 1999, and has been busy since, including a stint on another hit TV series, Brothers & Sisters, from 2006 to 2010.
