All the scandal and controversy aside, O.J. Simpson was the first NFL player to rush for over 2,000 yards in a single 14-game season, before it was changed to a 16-game season. He played for 11 seasons with the NFL and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1985. Following his football career, O.J. had a successful career in acting, starring in hits such as The Klansman and The Towering Inferno.
