Stefan Kapicic – Colossus, Deadpool

The X-Men films and their spinoffs are no strangers to the idea of recasting secondary characters. When Deadpool finally got the green light to begin production, filmmakers decided to bring in the character of Colossus to the project. He had previously been played by Daniel Cudmore in X2: X-Men United, X-Men: The Last Stand and X-Men: Days of Future Past. Looking to give the character a more substantial role, Cudmore was later replaced by Stefan Kapicic for Deadpool, and instantly became a fan favorite with his take on the character being the more memorable of the two.
