Directed by Robert Zemeckis, Back to the Future is a quirky time travel comedy that spawned four sequels. Teenager Marty McFly, portrayed by a 24-year-old Michael J. Fox, is accidently sent back in time by the wacky Dr. Emmet “Doc” Brown (Christopher Lloyd) in a DeLorean converted time machine. Winding up in 1955, Marty is alarmed when he realizes he’s become the object of his teenage mother’s affection. This blast from the past movie finds Marty trying to defeat new and old bullies in order to make sure he is born.
