Despite a record-setting year at the box office in 2018 with virtually every studio having a massive hit on their hands, that isn’t to say that every movie was making major bank at the box office. The main reason why this failed is the futile attempt to duplicate the story line and drama of the Hunt For Red October – which, as anyone knows, is untouchable.
Corny / stupid acted outcomes to realistic baseline events had everyone with a brain just shaking their heads. No surprise it failed.

Surprised that the Overlord review failed to mention the “by far” main reason why the movie failed. It had great potential to be a fiction/drama WW2 story, but the moment it turned from a WW2-story movie, to a absolutely stupid Zombie flick, took it from a 7.5/10 to a 1.5/10. What where they thinking?….
