While director Rob Cohen has his fair share of hits, he also has some major misses and with a lack of notable household names in the leading roles there simply wasn’t any hope for this film to make back its $35 million production budget. The film opened to just $3 million, good for ninth in its opening weekend, and would last for nine weeks before being pulled… only managing another $3 million in that time.
