Joan Rivers

Joan Rivers was plastic surgery. When patients are asked to provide an example of who they want to look like after undergoing plastic surgery, her name is most frequently brought up as someone they DON’T want to look like.

Wind-swept face, pinched nose, frozen forehead. She admitted to having Botox injections, fillers, liposuctions, a few facelifts and several nose jobs. Unfortunately, too much of anything is never good, and the same applies to Joan Rivers. Her nose was overdone to a point that it started to look like Michael Jackson’s nose.

Her multiple facelifts stretched her face so much that her smile lines (nasolabial folds) were too pulled back, going from a vertical line to a more horizontal line. But while most people would be embarrassed and hide, Joan made the most of her plastic surgeries. Joan Rivers is synonymous with plastic surgery and she made many jokes about all the times she went under the knife.  "I've had so much plastic surgery, when I die they will donate my body to Tupperware.”
