Spock (Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan)

Spock's (Leonard Nimoy) final send-off in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan is probably one of the most famous funerals in film. Seeing one of the most beloved and key characters in the popular original Star Trek franchise lose his life protecting his crewmates makes seeing him go that much harder. While it turns out he is, in fact, still alive, we're talking about the reaction fans would have had before Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.
