Die Hard With A Vengeance (1995)

This hidden gem calls attention to another popular role of the film's star, Bruce Willis. When his Die Hard with a Vengeance (1995) character, McClane, is asked what he's been up to since the events of the last Die Hard film, he answers, “Smoking cigarettes and watching Captain Kangaroo.” Sound familiar? It might if you saw Bruce Willis in Pulp Fiction (1994), which came out a year before this film. That line is the same lyric that Bruce Willis' character, Butch Coolidge, sings before he sees Marsellus Wallace.

Oh these entertainment types LOVE to do that sort of thing; always have.
Here’s another one: In “The Dark Knight” chase scene in which Joker and his crew have commandeered a truck, he’s changed the motto of the truck’s company (Laughter is the Best Medicine) by adding a Big Red ‘S’ at the beginning. This does two things (that other DC icon, you know).
