Predator (Predator) – 1987

This stealthy, out-of-this-world warrior faces off against Arnold Schwarzenegger in John McTiernan's 1987 sci-fi classic, Predator. Tall, broad, armored (and invisible!), and the perfect fighting machine with galactic weapons and a terrifying set of mandibles, Predator is a hunter like no other. It's surprising to note that the design for the creature was originally much different than what appeared on-screen and was played by action star Jean-Claude Van Damme until the role was quickly handed over to 6'9" Kevin Peter Hall to match the size of the film's big actors (Arnold, Carl Weathers, Jesse Ventura).
