Sulley (Monsters, Inc.)

The 2001 creature-feature Monsters, Inc. contains various "monsters" meant to scare children, so it's ironic that one of its characters is featured on this list as a cinema cutie. Big, blue and bristly Sulley could never scare anyone. With his kind heart and warming hugs, he becomes one of Boo's best friends and proves he's not so scary after all.
