Max Minghella in The Social Network

This 2010 biopic was based on the famous Mark Zuckerberg Facebook lawsuits. Max Minghella, who is half Italian on his father's side and Scottish-Irish-Chinese-Indian on his mother's side, plays Divya Narendra, a man of Indian descent in the film. The real-life Narendra shared his views on the choice of casting, saying, “I was initially surprised to see myself played by an actor who wasn’t Indian. But in the end, I think Max did a good job of pushing the dialogue forward and creating a sense of urgency in what was a very frustrating period.”
