Natalie Portman

The obviously stunning Natalie Portman credits her complexion to her vegan lifestyle and water intake. She became a vegan in 2009 after reading Jonathan Safran Foer's Eating Animals, a work of non-fiction that explores factory farming, commercial fisheries and the current conditions of slaughterhouses. However, in 2011, the Oscar winner went vegetarian during her pregnancy because she was craving eggs and dairy. She has since returned to veganism.
