The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002)

In one of the last scenes in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002), Aragorn kicks an Orc's helmet after learning Merry and Pippin have been taken, letting out an emotional yell. Many figured it was the result of an actor portraying the anguish and frustration felt by his character, but actually, Viggo Mortensen, who played Aragorn, just broke a few toes kicking a helmet made of steel. That's got to hurt!
