The high school football team of a small-town Texas community are more than just jocks, they're local heroes. Will they be able to play their way to a championship win or break under the pressure?

who put this list together? a bunch of 19 year olds! all these movies are from the last 10 years! what about the original Longest Yard or the Program or even The Replacements?

There are some good titles in this selection, but my two favorite are not here.

Don’t get me wrong I loved “The Longest Yard” by Adam Sandler but “Waterboy” is the best comedy football movie!

As for the great drama and most realistic football movies, “We are Marshall” and “Friday Night Lights” were pretty good, but again “Any Given Sunday” by Oliver Stone takes the cake!
